At Heatmaster Ltd we understand that sometimes problems to your appliances can occur out of working hours and also the importance of being able to get hold of an engineer to provide assistance. We are proud to be able to offer our 24 hour service, which provides a direct link to our on-call engineer who will be able to call to your property to make the situation safe

If you require the service of our Out of Hours Engineer please call 07985 992785, if the engineer calls to your property you will be charged £96 for up to & including the 1st hour on site

(includes VAT, unless you are covered by an insurance policy, see below for more details)

Once on site our engineer will fully diagnose the problem and fix accordingly, any parts required will be ordered and fitted as soon as they are available.  Our engineer will ensure that before Heatmaster leaves your property the installation will be safe

I want to use your 24 hour service – but I do not believe I have to pay the £96 charge!

In some instances, Heatmaster will agree to call out to your property without payment of £96, these instances are listed below

• Coverplan Customers – (who have paid for out of hours add-on) – call out is free
• Coverplan Customers – (who have not paid for out of hours add-on) – call out is £40 per call
• CORGI Homeplan/GAP – call out is covered
• Home Assist – call out is covered
• Heatmaster Workmanship warranty – call out is covered in the event of an emergency (ie leak on pipework), if your boiler develops a fault under warranty, this is not covered
• Domestic & General Customers – It is your responsibility to ensure your policy has emergency cover, if not you will be responsible for charge, you will also be expected to provide agreement number & job number
